Privacy and orders

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and password (the password is stored hashed, we never see it). When you order we store your name, phone number, the delivery address you give us, and the details of the order: how many cases, delivery or collection, price and payment status.

Why

To deliver your cases or have them ready for collection, to contact you about the order, and to keep your stock list up to date so you can see what you have bought. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the payment provider that processes your payment and the courier that delivers your order.

Payments

Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider on their own secure page. They never pass through this site.

Orders, delivery and collection

Orders are by the case of 12 x 250 ml. Courier delivery in 2 to 4 working days, anywhere in South Africa; the courier fee is worked out by weight for your address at checkout. Your address is shared with the courier to make the delivery. Collection is from Rustenburg CBD, North West, weekdays 08:00–16:30; the exact address is on your order confirmation. If something arrives damaged or an order is short, message us within 48 hours and we will put it right.

Your choices

You can update your details on your account page at any time. To close your account or have your data deleted, message us on WhatsApp at 062 149 8670 from the number on your account.
